Rontis participated in ERA – EDTA 2019
Rontis participated as an exhibitor in the 56th Nephrology Congress ERA – EDTA which took place in Budapest, Hungary, between the 13th and the 16th of June 2019.
Rontis was present for the 4th consecutive time in this global event of an excellent reputation in the field of nephrology, establishing a continuous and active presence. Exhibiting in ERA-EDTA offered the opportunity to demonstrate and promote the wide range of our Hemodialysis Blood Tubing sets, which are manufactured according to the most advanced international quality standards. Furthermore, our team introduced the Cronus HP peripheral balloon catheter to medical practitioners specializing in AV Fistula, demonstrating its great value as a non-invasive tool for extending the life of stenotic AV Fistulae in patients undergoing haemodialysis, presenting a preferable alternative to surgery. In conjunction to our Cronus HP balloon, our self-expanding, peripheral Nitinol stent Zeus SX was also presented, as an implant particularly useful in increasing the duration of patency for native AV Fistulae.
Beyond discussing our portfolio and the considerable benefit it offers to patients and doctors alike, our team also welcomed various visitors in our booth, with whom we had the opportunity to discuss new trends in the medical and industrial aspects of nephrology equipment and disposables, as well as explore potential opportunities for new business collaborations. Furthermore, Rontis engaged existing partners and strengthened our global partnerships further.
After a successful presence in ERA-EDTA, we look forward to joining the next ERA-EDTA in 2020!
